COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the current pandemic, postage delays are likely to occur so please allow extra time for delivery.

PAYMENTS 

Payments can be made by card or Paypal.

SHIPPING

All work will be signed and shipped by the artist from the UK. 

Smaller prints will be shipped flat, pieces that are A3 or larger may be rolled. Please allow 1-5 business days (excludes weekends) processing time for all orders. 

Standard orders to the UK are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class estimated at 2 business days, with international orders at 1-3 weeks. However please remember that in rare circumstances postage delays can occur, therefore Airmail can take a maximum of 35 business days to deliver and UK shipping 14 days. 

Original artwork with a value of £50+ will be sent tracked, other items will be sent without tracking. If you wish to upgrade to a tracked method, this can be purchased HERE. 

Any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete when ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of items sent to an incorrect address. 

RETURNS/DAMAGED ITEMS

Returns or exchanges are unfortunately not accepted.

If an item is returned to us due to failure to deliver to the address provided (eg by not being able to access the property, or an incorrect address) or by failure to collect it after an attempted delivery; then the buyer will be contacted an offered either a refund for the item price (minus original postage) or for the item to be re-shipped on receipt of payment of the shipping fees from the buyer.

In the unlikely event that an item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us HERE. (Damages should be reported within 7 days of delivery, photographic evidence will be required in order for us to submit a claim)
